Return and exchange policy
First: Replacement and Return
The purchases to be exchanged or returned must be in their original condition upon purchase and the protective cover has not been removed.
The return and replacement includes all products in the event of a manufacturing defect or a delivery error, with the company bearing the transportation cost.
When the customer wishes to return or exchange one product for another, the customer will bear the transportation fees.
The return period is 60 days and the replacement is 120 days from the date of receiving the product, except for the days of offers and discounts. The return is within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.
A product will not be replaced with another product unless the original product is out of stock and the customer’s approval will be requested before replacing the product.

Second: How to return the product

If you receive your product from my problem sales team you should contact us.
If you received your product from the shipping company you can use the courier services.
If you have purchased your product from one of our stores, you should check with the store itself.

 

The amount due to the customer shall be paid within a period of seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product.
In the case of payment by cash on receipt, bank transfer, payment system or Visa, the process of returning the amount from Mashkati to the customer’s account will be made via bank transfer.
Mashkati Company will replace the product that has a manufacturer defect or unwanted product within three (3) working days according to the following conditions -
The device should be free from scratches, misuse or malfunction due to the wrong voltage being connected to the electricity.
Bring the product in the original box with all accessories inside.
The original purchase invoice must be attached if you wish to exchange or return. The invoice number must be visible on the shipping document, and in the absence of it, it can delay the process or slow down the response process -

 

 

Third: Warranty Policy
The warranty period is approved. It will be listed next to each item in the invoice only in the “Warranty” box. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not misuse or improper installation. The warranty claim is based on the original invoice only.
