First: Return and Replacement Policy:
- Products to be returned or replaced must be in their original condition as purchased and the protective packaging must remain intact.
- Returns and replacements include all products in case of a manufacturing defect or delivery error. The company will cover shipping costs in such cases.
- If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product voluntarily, they will bear the shipping costs.
- The return period is 60 days, and the replacement period is 120 days from the date of product receipt. During promotions or discount periods, returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.
- A product will only be replaced with a different one if the original product is out of stock. Customer approval will be obtained prior to replacement.
Second: How to Return a Product:
If you received your product from the Mishkaty sales team, please contact us directly.
If you received your product through a shipping company, you can use express courier services.
If you purchased the product from one of our showrooms, you must visit the same showroom for returns or exchanges.
- The refund will be processed within seven (7) days from the date the product is received by us.
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, SADAD system, or credit card, the refund will be transferred to the customer's account via bank transfer.
- Mishkaty will replace a product with a manufacturing defect or an undesired item within three (3) business days, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be free of scratches, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect voltage connection.
- The product must be returned in its original box along with all included accessories.
- The original purchase invoice must be provided when requesting a return or replacement. The invoice number must be visible on the shipping label; otherwise, the process may be delayed.
Third: Warranty Policy:
The warranty period is specified next to each item on the invoice in the (Warranty) field. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse or improper installation. Warranty claims require the original invoice.
