Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy

1. Products must be returned or replaced in their original condition with protective packaging intact.
2. Returns and replacements apply to all products in case of manufacturing defects or delivery errors, with shipping costs covered by the company.
3. If the customer voluntarily requests a return or exchange, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. The return period is 60 days, and the replacement period is 120 days from the date of receipt. During promotions, returns are accepted within 15 days.
5. Replacement with a different product is only possible if the original item is out of stock and after customer approval.

• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the product.
• If payment was made via Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, SADAD, or credit card, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
• Defective or undesired products will be replaced within 3 business days, subject to conditions.
• The product must be free from scratches, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect voltage.
• The product must be returned in its original box with all accessories.
• The original purchase invoice must be provided; missing invoice details may delay processing.

The warranty period is specified on the invoice under the (Warranty) field. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include misuse or improper installation. Warranty claims require the original invoice.
