Online Store Shipping & Delivery Policy

Dear customers, thank you for shopping with us. We strive to deliver your needs in a timely manner. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery policy:

Delivery Times

Within Riyadh City: Orders take 3 to 5 business days.
Outside Riyadh City: Orders may take up to 15 days.

Official Working Days

Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Delivery Method

Delivery is carried out by Aramex either to the customer’s address or to the nearest shipping branch for pickup.

Order Confirmation Terms

The order is confirmed upon completing bank deposit before 5:00 PM or payment via other available methods.

Liability Limitations

Product Delivery
The company is fully responsible for delivering the product in its original condition without any damage caused by the shipping company. In case of any damage by the carrier, the carrier holds full responsibility.
Product Inspection
The customer must inspect the product and ensure it is undamaged at the shipping company's location or before the delivery agent leaves. In case of any damage, the product should be returned immediately and a report filed at the shipping company to address the issue. If the company refuses to resolve it, please notify us to take the necessary action.
Delays by Shipping Companies
The company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping companies or customs procedures. Products may be subject to import duties based on the buyer’s country laws, and these charges are always paid by the recipient. The buyer is also responsible for any legal consequences in their country, including product rejection, seizure, damage, or additional charges imposed by any authority. The company holds no responsibility for these issues.

Important Notice

Your order will be prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 48 hours of completion. However, delivery may be affected by high demand on shipping companies, which may cause delays. We do our best to coordinate with shipping companies to ensure the fastest possible delivery, but we cannot control delivery times and do not bear responsibility for any delays.
