برنامج نقاط الولاء

• لا يمكن استبدال نقاط الولاء أو تحويلها إلى مبالغ نقدية تحت أي ظرف.
• Loyalty points cannot be exchanged or converted into cash under any circumstances.

• الفواتير التي تم استخدام نقاط الولاء فيها تخضع لسياسات الاستبدال والإرجاع المعتمدة لدى مشكاتي.
• Invoices where loyalty points are used are subject to Meshkati’s standard exchange and return policy.
• تُطبق نفس الشروط والأحكام على جميع الطلبات.
• The same terms and conditions apply to all orders.

• في حال استرجاع المنتجات، تُعاد النقاط إلى رصيد العميل.
• If products are returned, the used points will be credited back to the customer.
• تحتفظ النقاط بنفس مدة الصلاحية الأصلية.
• Returned points retain their original expiration date.

• صلاحية نقاط الولاء 12 شهرًا من تاريخ تفعيلها.
• Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the activation date.
• تنتهي النقاط تلقائيًا بعد انتهاء الصلاحية دون إمكانية تمديدها.
• Points expire automatically after the validity period and cannot be extended.

• عند إرجاع منتج تم استخدام نقاط فيه، يتم خصم النقاط من الرصيد.
• When returning a product purchased using points, the points will be deducted from the balance.
• في حال عدم توفر رصيد كافٍ، لن يسمح النظام بعملية الإرجاع.
• If the customer does not have sufficient points, the return will not be processed.

• تحتفظ مشكاتي بحق تعديل السياسة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
• Meshkati reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
• النسخة المنشورة عبر القنوات الرسمية هي النسخة المعتمدة.
• The version published through official channels is the valid and binding version.
• برنامج الولاء مخصص لعملاء التجزئة فقط.
• The loyalty program is available for retail customers only.
