First: Replacement and recovery
Purchases to be replaced or returned must be in their original condition at the time of purchase and the protection cover has not been removed-
Return and replacement includes all products in the event of a manufactured defect or delivery error with the company bearing the cost of transportation -
When the customer wishes to return or replace a product with another product, the customer will incur the transfer fee.
The recovery period is 60 days and the replacement is 120 days from the date of receipt of the product, except for the days of offers and discounts, the recovery is within 15 days of receipt of the product -
A product will only be replaced by another product if the original product is not available in stock and customer approval will be requested before the product is replaced.
Second: The way to return the product
If you receive your product from my questionable sales team, you should contact us.
If you receive your product from the shipping company you can use courier services.
If you have purchased your product from one of our exhibitions, you should review the exhibition itself.
The amount due to the customer will be paid within seven (7) days of receipt of the product -
In the case of payment by payment upon receipt, bank transfer, payment system or visa, the refund of the amount from my doubters will be made to the customer's account by bank transfer -
Mishkati replaces the product with a manufacturer's defect or unwanted defect within three (3) working days in accordance with the following conditions -
The device should be free of scratches, misuse or malfunction due to the faulty power connection.
Bring the product in the original box with all the accessories inside it.
The original purchase invoice must be attached when you wish to replace or recover. The invoice number must be visible on the shipping document and if it does not exist, it can delay the process or slow down the response process -
Third: Guarantee policy
The warranty period will be included next to each item in the invoice only in the (warranty) box and the warranty covers only factory defects and not misuse or mis-installation and the claim for security is only in the origin of the invoice.
